Complete your online application, submit, and note the reference number provided.
We’ll send an automated email with two options to make your first deposit and finalize your new account.
The options are:
1. complete by mail or;
2. complete by secure email, (faster and our preferred method)
For option 2, you will receive a secure email from [email protected], which will include:
- your online application reference number.
- details on acceptable personal identification.
- details on how to submit your cheque, rather than mail.
Note: secure email may take up to 2 business days to arrive
Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with your online banking credentials. You will find one cent in your account upon logging in. This allows us to activate your account.
